Delivery terms
Your order will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday). Please select the shipping that best suites your time demands. We will replace any order proven to be lost or damaged in transit.

Returns
If you want to return any goods to us because you think the goods are defective, we will examine the returned goods and, to the extent we find the goods to be defective, we will either repair or replace any defective goods or we will refund you the price of the defective goods in full (including any applicable delivery charges).
Any goods that are size dependent like clothing and training equipment are eligible for return to us for the correct size providing they have not been used.
We will not refund any goods that have been opened, used or tampered with in any way unless there is an inherent fault found when the goods were opened/used in the first instance. Please contact us by e- mail if you would like to return any goods with an explanation of why you would like to return the goods . Please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 3 days of receiving your goods. If we find that a returned item is not defective, then you will be liable for the postage costs incurred.
Products on our site
We will endeavour to be as accurate as possible when describing products and their intended uses which will include photographic representations of the products. Sometimes the product picture could vary slightly to the actual product. Products on our site are for supplementation and are not intended to cure, diagnose, treat or be used in a medicinal way. Products should always be used in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet. yaybprotein does not accept any liability or responsibility for the products bought from this site it is up to the buyer to fully ensure they are safe to use and or consume any products by consulting with their general practitioner or physician if they are unsure or otherwise.
